Thanks for reporting.

There is no URL with ID 5988 in the database. So, the link was deleted.

Judging by the error, a request to delete the URL was sent twice.

We can reproduce it by opening the same URL in two tabs and clicking Delete URL in both of them.

Nevertheless we are addressing this workflow in a scope of a project we are already doing.
